Q. The box where it says my documents should be available for download is empty. Where are they?

A. Ninety nine percent of the time this is because the email address has been entered incorrectly on either the "get my documents" page, or the payment page.
You need to enter your email address as you typed it in the payment page. The usual cause of this is a spelling mistake, so if you sometimes make a mistake when typing your email address try typing the mis-spelled email address into the "get my documents" box on www.hsdirect.co.uk/thanks.html . Common typing errors include 's' instead of 'a', ie, xxxxx@sol.co.uk instead of xxxxx@aol.co.uk and keys close to the edge of the keyboard.

If this does not work please fill in our form on the contact us page and ensure you include your email address and we will get back to you with your documents as soon as we can, usually within the hour during the working day, longer at weekends.

Q. I have lost my documents, or I didn't download them all, can I get them back please?

A. As long as you know your email address you can have them back by going to www.hsdirect.co.uk/thanks.html and entering your email address. This will show you a list of everything you have purchased and let you download them again.

Q. Can I have a VAT receipt for my purchase?

VAT receipts are sent via email for web sales, if you did not get one, or require a full invoice please contact us.

Q. Do you have a refund policy?

A. We are so confident in our good that we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. So, if you feel our good / services are not up to the standard you require or expect, just ask for for a refund and tell us what you didn't like about our product and we will give you a full refund.
