Carrying out and recording regular Health and Safety audits forms part of the HSG 65 Health and Safety managment procedure from the HSE.

Regular audits may include General Health and Safety Audits of your sites or premises, DSE audits for computer users, or any other audit of internal works which may be required to monitor performance or safety issues over time.

Carrying out regular audits can be a time consuming task involving paperwork and even consultants.

The new application, available as an addition to your Safety First Package, makes carrying out and recording audits much simpler.

With the new audit system you can log in and carry out your own audits by answering simple questions.

You can have multiple audits available to the end user, with each audit having it's own pass rate, timed reminders for when the next audit is due and a record of previous audits, allowing you to see your improved progress over time

The audit system comes pre-built with audits for the following:

• General Site Safety Audit
• Display Screen Equipment
• Fire Audit
• Management Audit

The administration section of the system allows you to create, edit or retire audits in real time. You can move, delete or change the questions that are used in your audits and change their scoring system, allowing you to weight answers according to priority.

You can create as many additional audits as you like, and control how often users are reminded to carry them out.

Pass rates and audit names can be changed as many times as required.

You can view all users past audits, and compare them to others, including comparing performance company wide according to questions and group results.
