Asbestos Awareness Training.

HS Direct Ltd's Asbestos Awareness course can be completed in just one morning. We have our own training facilities available, as well as an online course.

Asbestos awareness became a legal requirement in January 2006 for all employees who could be exposed to asbestos during their normal working day. This may include building and refurbishment trades, boiler servicing, roofing and many more. If you work in buildings that were built before the year 2000 then Asbestos Awareness training is a must.

 

Classroom Courses in Sheffield

HS Direct Ltd run an Asbestos Awareness course every Friday at 9am at our excellent training facility in Sheffield. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits in our canteen. The courses last for approximately 3 hours, meaning you can be back on site after lunch. We only use fully employed consultants, have ample parking and our centre is based just off junction 34 of the M1, opposite Meadowhall Shopping Centre.

Asbestos Awareness - Online Course

At HS Direct Ltd we understand that face to face training is the best way to receive information, and also that taking time off work can be a difficult and costly task for contractors. That is why we have developed our "Live Online" Asbestos Awareness training sessions. Unlike e-learning we do not simply provide a video to watch, we provide a live presentation, by a live consultant, whom you will be able to see and speak to just like they were in the room with you.

To take advantage of this cost effective training method you simply need a computer with speakers and a telephone. The course comes with a full certificate just like our classroom courses.
