What you will receive after you purchase these items is either a blank or example Risk assessment template. The blank Template will provide you with a format to write out your own risk assessments, with sections to fill in details of the task, contractors, contact details etc, sections to provide information to the workers including significant hazards and control procedures and a step by step instruction on how to complete the task safely. The example risk assessments provide all of the above but with the sections filled in to give you some ideas on how to complete a risk assessment correctly.
