We’re excited to share some key updates to your employee management tools that will make navigating your system even easier:
- Integrated Employee Records:
Employee records, and all the associated features from the First for Employment module have now been integrated with the Employee Manager feature, ensuring all employee information is unified and accessible in one place, so navigating to the home page in the Human Resources menu will take you to the same employee list as you get in Employee Manager.
- Contract Management Options:
You’ll still have access to create or view contracts directly from the employee record, look out for the new buttons available across the bottom of the page.
- Enhanced Employee Documents Tab:
The Employee Documents tab has been upgraded with new areas where you’ll find:
- Uploaded documents
- Proof of Right to Work documents
- Updated Training Tab:
The "eLearning" tab has been renamed to Training. It now includes:
- All eLearning activities
- Any other training added for employees
- Manage Job Titles:
You’ll now find a Manage Job Titles button conveniently located on the Employee List page for quick access to add or remove any jobs titles you need.
- Redesigned Downloads Area:
All downloadable templates that were previously in the old Employee Records section can now be found in the redesigned Downloads area. This area features an updated interface and organised tabs, making it easier than ever to find what you need.
