Working Time Waiver

This short and simple document is for employees to sign stating that they will if required, work more than 48 hours per week, the limit specified by the Working Time Regulations.

The Working Time Regulations 1998 state that no employee can be required to work more than 48 hours per week (averaged out over a 17 week period). If an employee refuses to work more than 48 hours per week, then any detrimental action taken against the employee, as a result, will be unlawful.
