All employees have an express or implied right to raise grievances about aspects of their employment which they are not completely happy with; from pay issues, to allegations of bullying or discrimination and everything in between.
Failure to deal with a grievance can often lead to the instigation of Employment Tribunal proceedings and a failure to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Grievances can lead to an increase of 25% on any award of compensation.
