Anti Bribery Policy

Since the 1st July 2011, the Bribery Act 2010 has brought into force criminal offences for offering or accepting bribes, for which both individuals and companies can be prosecuted. An essential aspect of a business’ efforts to prevent bribery (and build a defence should a rogue employee commit an act of bribery) is a robust policy, setting out clear rules and a process to deal with allegations of bribery. Our anti-bribery policy fulfils this requirement.

This policy complements our Whistle Blowing Policy, which sets out an effective reporting process for allegations of bribery.
