According to the Office of National Statistics (ONS) 7% of UK employees are currently still on furlough and employers now must contribute 20% towards their employee’s furlough payments – in August and September 2021.

With the extended furlough scheme coming to an end on 30 September, employers have difficult choices to make about what they should do next.

In this exclusive new download, our HR and Employment Law team have created a handy guide that explores the main options available to you now that the end of furlough is looming.

From taking people off furlough to full-time hours through to short-time working, layoffs or redundancies – if your business is struggling, consider this free guide your potential next steps.
