Flexible Working – Full Document Package

The Flexible Working Package contains all the documentation you require to manage the flexible working request process. Employers are under a legal duty to consider requests for flexible working from certain employees; namely parents, guardians and carers. If an employer fails to consider the request, according to the prescribed process, they could be hit with an Employment Tribunal award of up to 8 weeks pay.

Our Flexible Working Package contains a detailed policy explaining how managers should carry out the process and what the duties on the employer and employee are. The application and appeal forms will ensure that employees make their requests and appeals in the correct format.
