The E-Learning package is our newest addition to our product range and it allows our clients to have access to 20 health and safety courses to complete online. This is unlimited use throughout the 12 months!

Our new e-learning module will enable you to train your staff in the comfort of the office, or in their own homes. Whilst the cost of paying for training may not seem excessive the cost of taking staff out of their roles for the day can massively increase the overall cost of a training day.   • Application to manage members of staff details and training information. This is called your Employee Hub
  • Employees get their own dashboard and login details
  • Each course varies in length but will be approximately an hour long and finishes with a set of test questions
  • Once you complete a course you will then obtain a certificate for your records.
  • Automatically updates your training records in the employee hub every time an employee completes a course
  • All done through our on-line portal and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection
  • You will be able to select the relevant courses for each particular employee to complete

Aims and Objectives

Course Aims and Objectives are shown to candidates, each course can be assigned to a member of staff for completion online. They can use a computer or a tablet device to complete the courses.

Graphical and Audio Guidance

Content includes pictures and spoken guidance making it easy to understand.

The Tests

Content includes pictures and spoken guidance making it easy to understand.

The candidate will then click through to the test questions where they will need to apply what they have learnt in the module to answer the questions.

On completion a training record is created and candidates receive a certificate which is also available in your online system.

I don't have Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word, what should I do?

If you don't have Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Word installed on your PC or Mac, don't worry - you can still use our products. You can get a free alternative from Open Office.

Open Office Org is open-source developed alternative to Microsoft Office, developed by a large software company called Oracle. Open Source means the company who build the software, allow 100% use of it, 100% free.

Since Open Office is specifically developed to be exactly the same as Microsoft Office, with all the same programs in the suite (Eg: Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) - it will freely open any Microsoft Office file-format. Meaning, just because a document was written in Microsoft Word, doesn't mean it can't be opened in another program. Open Office will do that, and vise versa.

To download and install Open Office;

  1. Go to www.openoffice.org.
  2. On the left hand side, click 'I want to download Open Office'. In the green box, click the main link which starts with 'Start downloading OpenOffice.org...'
    • Windows Only:When the program has downloaded, click Install and wait for the program to install.
    • MAC OSX Only:When the program has downloaded, a notification box will pop up with an arrow from the Open Office Icon to the Applications Folder in Finder, drag the icon to the Applications folder to install the program.
  3. You are now ready to use Open Office, and the documents you have purchased from us.
