COVID-19 Workplace Testing Policy

The government has expanded the provision of free workplace testing to businesses of any size. This will help to identify more positive COVID-19 cases early, and make sure those that are infected isolate, reducing the spread of the virus, protect those who cannot work from home and our vital services.

A testing programme can give employees and customers confidence in the workplace and enable business continuity. It’s a voluntary decision for employers to run testing programmes for their staff.

Remember, you can order free rapid lateral flow tests to test your employees twice a week in the workplace. You must register on the government’s website on or before 31 March 2021.
